Charitable Contributions

Dear Valued Community Partners,

On behalf of the Phi Gamma Gamma International Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and the KMC BBQ Bash Committee, we are writing to invite your support for the KMC BBQ Bash Festival, our annual community fundraising event taking place on June 6, 2026.

The KMC BBQ Bash Festival is a family-friendly BBQ competition and community celebration featuring great food, live entertainment, raffles, and activities for all ages. Proceeds from this event directly support scholarships, mentorship programs, social action initiatives, and other community-focused efforts serving the Kaiserslautern Military Community.

In addition to supporting military families, our chapter has proudly assisted and partnered with local Kaiserslautern community organizations such as SOS Kinderdorf Kaiserslautern and the local women’s shelter. We have also supported families in need through school supply giveaways and other outreach initiatives designed to strengthen and uplift our community.

As we prepare for this year’s festival, we are seeking support from valued community partners like you. We welcome both monetary contributions and in-kind donations, including goods, services, raffle items, or event supplies. Every contribution plays an important role in helping us continue these meaningful efforts.
Due to on-base regulations, we are unable to provide traditional advertising for sponsors on base. However, we are pleased to recognize and thank our supporters through public acknowledgments during the event, as well as mentions in select event communications and materials.

Your generosity will help us continue building positive opportunities for military families and local community members. Contributions of any size are sincerely appreciated and make a meaningful difference.
