The KMC BBQ BASH Festival will offer fundraising opportunities for any authorize organization that is able to fundraise on the Army base to include Private Organizations, all military branch Units, FRGs, Boys and Girls Scouts, and DoDEA school programs.

To participate in the KMC BBQ BASH Festival, all vendors must complete and submit the "Request for Fundraiser"  via the link attached below;  as well as pay a $100 registration fee.

PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS

Any participating Private Org must submit there fundraising request to the following: usarmy.rheinland-pfalz.id-europe.mbx.private-orgs@army.mil.

Organizations that are serving food shall have a minimum of one team member with a valid food handler certification card. Environmental Health provides Food Handler classes every first Thursday of the month at 1500. Contact Environmental Health at DSN: 590-5828 for further information.  Next Class is: 7 May 2026, 1500 hrs (3pm) Bldg 3705, Room 201 on Landstuhl.

NON-PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS

Any participating business, sole proprietors, business owners or non-private organizations will fall under the the purview of the KMC BBQ Bash festival. Therefore, those business falling in this category do not require a permit. 

However, if food products are served the business must have a minimum of one team member with a valid food handler certification card. EVENT SCHEDULE

A tentative event schedule will be provided to all vendors, and competitors by 1 May 2026. 

AVAILABLE FACILITIES

There are (4) four major 220 Volt Outlet hubs within the park area. So ensure you bring extension cords if needed.  Additionally, there is one external water outlet for the area as well. All other connections or equipment will be supplied by the Owner/Organization.     

Approved Organizations will be provided an area to set up a booth and sell any items to include food or even face painting, to everyone that attends the event. Each participating organization or business will keep all proceeds made from sales.
